DP Maker is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial, and commercial social media profile customization. Users retain full ownership rights over the underlying photographs uploaded into the application.

Exported images contain a subtle attribution watermark (Made with dpmaker.bhalli.dev) designed to maintain open attribution across social sharing platforms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing DP Maker, you agree not to process image content that:

• Is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or hateful toward any individual or group.
• Infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.
• Attempts to bypass or modify client-side security measures or exploit browser engine vulnerabilities.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because all rendering depends on your local device GPU and HTML5 Canvas implementation, DP Maker makes no guarantees regarding performance on outdated browsers or unsupported mobile hardware.

5. Intellectual Property

All software design code, custom CSS styling, graphic frame overlays, crescent emblem code, and branding assets associated with dpmaker.bhalli.dev remain the exclusive intellectual property of Muhammad Qasim Bhalli.
